Terms of service
The terms for using SlideClone: your account, plans, credits, ownership of output and limits of liability.
Last updated September 3, 2026
1. Who we are
SlideClone is a service that adapts the format of a reference carousel to your product and generates new slides. Creating an account means accepting these terms and the acceptable use policy.
2. Your account
You need an account to render. You are responsible for activity on it. During the beta, access is granted by invitation and we may withdraw it if the acceptable use policy is broken.
3. Plans, quota and credits
- Plans are billed in advance and renew each period until cancelled.
- Monthly quota resets on renewal and does not roll over.
- Credit packs are a one-time purchase, never expire, and are spent only once the monthly quota runs out.
- One carousel is debited when you approve a render, not when you create a project. Reading the reference and adapting the text is free.
- If a render fails on our side, the carousel returns to your balance automatically.
- Cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not refund periods already started unless the law requires it.
4. Your content and the output
You keep every right to what you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it in order to provide the service. The generated slides are yours and you may use them commercially, provided their source respects the acceptable use policy.
You confirm you are entitled to use the reference you supply and that the output will not infringe third-party rights.
5. AI-generated content
Images are produced by generative models. They can contain errors, malformed text or unexpected details: review them before posting. Many platforms require labelling AI-generated content; meeting that obligation is yours.
6. Availability
The service depends on third-party model providers. Outages, queues and quality changes can happen. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during the beta.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we give reasonable notice by email. Continuing to use the service afterwards means accepting them.
